“My daughter and her friend started fencing about a year back. At first we were not sure how she would like it but she loved it. Her coach Mark is amazing ! He is kind, gentle, funny and a great teacher. In the past year she has participated in multiple tournaments and won many of them. Mark is always there for the tournaments and he checks in and coaches the kids calmly. He never yells like coaches from other academies. Tom who runs the academy is also pretty great. He is extremely responsive and encouraging. He often invites other Olympian coaches for lessons or camps. We truly appreciate all the different programs he puts together for kids of varying interests.”
